When you submit the contact form, we process: your full name, email address, phone number (optional), project type and the message you send. For anti-spam and abuse protection we also technically store your IP address and browser information (User-Agent).
We process the form data to respond to your enquiry and any subsequent communication. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in protection against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Personal data from the contact form is retained for 24 months from submission, or for the duration of the business relationship and any applicable statutory limitation periods. After this period the data is anonymised or erased.
We do not share your data with third parties outside our company except for our processors (Vercel Inc. — website hosting, Upstash Inc. — database for storing messages, and our email service provider for notification delivery). We have Data Processing Agreements with all processors as required by Art. 28 GDPR.
Essential cookies are always used (site functionality, language preference). Analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics — anonymised traffic statistics) are used only with your consent, which you can grant or refuse in the cookie banner on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
You have the right to: – request access to your personal data (Art. 15), – request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16), – request erasure (Art. 17), – request restriction of processing (Art. 18), – data portability (Art. 20), – object to processing (Art. 21), – lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. All communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS).
